  IMMEDIATE COAST. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO BE AT OR BELOW
  FREEZING FOR 3 TO 7 HOURS.

* IMPACTS...DAMAGE TO TENDER PLANTS AND VEGETATION AT AREAS THAT
  REACH FREEZING...ALONG WITH THE FORMATION OF FROST. PETS NEED
  TO BE GIVEN WARM SHELTER OR BROUGHT INSIDE.
