...GUSTY SOUTH WINDS ACROSS PORTIONS OF EAST ARKANSAS AND
NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING...

.A tightening pressure gradient ahead of a strong cold front will
produce gusty south winds across portions of East Arkansas and
Northwest Mississippi this afternoon into early evening.

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 7 PM CDT
THIS EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM CDT
this evening.

* WINDS...Sustained south winds 20-25 mph with gusts to around 35
  mph.

* TIMING...1 PM CDT this afternoon until 7 PM this evening.

* IMPACTS...Loose objects such as trash cans will be blown
  around. High profile vehicles traveling along east-west
  roadways will be impacted.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 25 to 39 mph are
expected...or gusts will range between 40 and 57 mph. Winds this
strong can make driving difficult...especially for high profile
vehicles. Use extra caution.
