THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPOKANE HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON PST WEDNESDAY.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* TIMING...THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. SOME IMPROVEMENT IS POSSIBLE
  OVERNIGHT ACROSS LINCOLN COUNTY.

* LOCATIONS...IN IDAHO...US 95 BETWEEN ATHOL AND BONNERS FERRY. IN
  WASHINGTON...INTERSTATE 90 BETWEEN SPRAGUE AND MOSES LAKE
  INCLUDING RITZVILLE. HIGHWAY 2 BETWEEN DAVENPORT AND COULEE
  CITY...US 395 BETWEEN SPRAGUE AND THE OREGON BORDER.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG WILL RESTRICT VISIBILITIES DOWN TO A QUARTER
  MILE OR LESS THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. FREEZING TEMPERATURES
  ACROSS NORTHERN IDAHO WILL BRING THE POTENTIAL FOR SLICK
  ROADWAYS.
