* IMPACTS...LOW VISIBILITY AND SLICK ROADWAYS WILL CREATE
  HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ALONG SECTIONS OF INTERSTATE
  90...HIGHWAY 2...HIGHWAY 26...HIGHWAY 28...AND SECTIONS OF
  US295. THIS INCLUDES MOSES LAKE...RITZVILLE...EPHRATA...WATERVILLE.
