CLOSED TEMPORARILY. NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY DUE TO BLOWING DUST
CAN ALSO OCCUR ANYWHERE IN THE AREA IN A VERY LOCALIZED
MANNER. THE VERY WINDY CONDITIONS CAN MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO
CONTROL YOUR VEHICLE WHEN DRIVING AT FREEWAY SPEEDS.
