11 AM SATURDAY TO 6 AM PDT MONDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SEATTLE HAS ISSUED A HEAT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM SATURDAY TO 6 AM PDT
MONDAY. THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TEMPERATURES...WILL CLIMB INTO THE MID 80S TO LOWER 90S THIS
  WEEKEND. OVERNIGHT LOWS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE MID 50S TO MID
  60S.

* IMPACTS...OPEN WATER CAN BE VERY INVITING DURING HOT SPELLS.IF
  YOU PLAN TO BE IN OR NEAR AREA LAKES OR RIVERS THIS WEEKEND...BE
  WATER SAFE AND WEAR A LIFE JACKET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTION IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE. WHEN
POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR
EVENING. KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT
STROKE. WEAR LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING WHEN POSSIBLE
AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

TO REDUCE RISK DURING OUTDOOR WORK...THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND
HEALTH ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDS SCHEDULING FREQUENT REST BREAKS
IN SHADED OR AIR CONDITIONED ENVIRONMENTS. ANYONE OVERCOME BY HEAT
SHOULD BE MOVED TO A COOL AND SHADED LOCATION.  HEAT STROKE IS AN
