.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING EASTWARD THROUGH THE GREAT BASIN
WILL MAINTAIN STRONGER ONSHORE FLOW INTO TONIGHT WITH PERIODS OF
GUSTY WEST WINDS IN THE LOWER DESERTS. THE STRONGEST AND MOST
WIDESPREAD WINDS ARE EXPECTED FOR LATE AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE
EVENING.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST AND MOST WIDESPREAD WINDS ARE EXPECTED
  FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE THIS EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALLY REDUCED IN BLOWING DUST AND SAND.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS PARTICULARLY ALONG
  INTERSTATE 10 NORTH OF PALM SPRINGS.
