FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST THIS MORNING.

* TIMING...FREEZING FOG OBSERVED ACROSS THE HILINE COUNTIES WILL
  PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING...CLEARING FROM WEST TO EAST.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL DROP BELOW 1 MILE IN SOME AREAS WITH
  LIGHT ICING POSSIBLE ON ROAD SURFACE.

* TEMPERATURES...MORNING TEMPERATURES IN THE 20S WILL RISE INTO
  THE 40S AS WESTERLY WINDS INCREASE FROM WEST TO EAST.
