* TIMING...Today through this evening. Winds will decrease
  before midnight.

* WINDS...Westerly winds of 25 to 35 mph with widespread gusts 40
  to 50 mph are expected. Isolated gusts around 55 mph are
  possible.


* IMPACTS...Strong winds may damage or displace unsecured
  outdoor structures. Strong crosswinds will make travel
  difficult for high profile vehicles. Localized blowing dust
  will result in pockets of low visibility.
