.SYNOPSIS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Jose was centered near 39N 69W,
or about 130 nm SE of Nantucket at 8 AM EDT this morning with
maximum winds around 30 kt just to the W and S of the center.
Post-Tropical Cyclone Jose will drift SE today into Sun, and then
dissipate Sun night or early Mon. Otherwise, S to SE swell from
Hurricane Maria will impact the area today through Wed night.
Also, a high pres ridge will persist inland just NW of the area
today and tonight, then shift further NW of the waters Sun into
Mon. Hurricane Maria is expected to track N, passing through the
southern and central Mid- Atlantic waters Mon through Wed night.
