.SYNOPSIS...Post-Tropical Cyclone Jose was centered near 39N 69W,
or about 125 nm SE of Nantucket at 5 AM EDT this morning with
maximum winds around 30 kt just to the W and SW of the center.
Post-Tropical Cyclone Jose will drift SE today into Sun, and then
dissipate Sun night or early Mon. Also, S to SE swell from
Hurricane Maria will impact the area today through Wed night.
Hurricane Maria will approach from the S Sun and Sun night, and
is expected to be near 30.3N 73.0W at 2 AM EDT Mon, 32.0N 73.0W
at 2 AM Tue, 34.0N 73.0W at 2 AM Wed, and to near 36.0N 71.5W at
2 AM Thu. Refer to the latest National Hurricane Center advisory
for Hurricane Maria. Otherwise, a weak high pres ridge will
persist over the S and central waters today, and then weaken and
dissipate tonight.
