PRODUCING FRESH TO STRONG WINDS. SE RETURN FLOW WILL DEVELOP
OVER THE WESTERN GULF MON...AND SPREADING OVER THE ENTIRE REGION
TUE. A COLD FRONT WILL ENTER THE FAR NW WATERS WED WITH INCREASING
WINDS AND SEAS IN ITS WAKE.
