New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pres ridge across the
waters will drift E of the area tonight. A strong cold front
will approach from the W tonight into Tue night, then drift E
across the waters late Tue night through Thu as low pres moves NE
along the front. Another ridge will build NE across the waters
Thu and Thu night, then move NE over the area Fri through Sat
night.
