SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A STRONG HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL
SLOWLY BUILD IN FROM THE W TODAY INTO TONIGHT WHILE A SERIES OF
LOW PRES TROUGHS PASS SE ACROSS THE WATERS. THE HIGH PRES RIDGE
WILL REACH THE COAST LATER TONIGHT...MOVE OFFSHORE SUN...THEN
PASS E OF THE AREA SUN NIGHT. A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NE INTO THE
SW PORTION LATE SUN NIGHT...THEN CONTINUE NE ACROSS THE WATERS
MON WHILE A DEVELOPING LOW FORMS ON THE FRONT OVER THE GULF OF
MAINE. THE INTENSIFYING LOW PRES CENTER WILL THEN MOVE OFF TO THE
E MON NIGHT WHILE PULLING A COLD FRONT SE ACROSS THE WATERS. A
WEAK HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD TOWARDS THE COAST TUE...THEN MOVE
E ACROSS THE AREA TUE NIGHT. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE
WATERS WED. INTENSIFYING LOW PRES WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT
