beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will pass SE across
the area tonight as developing low pres moves NE over the outer
waters along the front. A second cold front will weaken over the
waters tonight while moving SE. A high pres ridge will build E
over the N portion Thu and Thu night, and shift E of the area Fri
into Fri night. Another developing low pres will move NE across
the area Fri through Sat, then pass NE of the region Sat night
into Sun. Another ridge will slowly build E across the waters
late Sun through Mon night.
