.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak stationary front extending
E to W across the southern waters will dissipate tonight as a
high pres ridge passes E across the northern waters. A developing
low will approach the mid Atlantic coast from the W Fri and Fri
night, move off the coast near the Delmarva peninsula Sat, remain
nearly stationary Sat night through Mon, and slowly move off to
the NE Mon night through Tue night. The low will pull a cold
front slowly across the waters Sat night through Tue night.
