.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong cold front
will move inland later today into tonight. A weak high pressure
ridge will build over the waters on Mon and move inland by Mon
night. Intensifying low pressure will pass NW of the area Mon
night while pulling a frontal system across the region Mon night
into Tue. Another low will approach from the NW Tue night into
Wed, then track across the Washington waters Wed night. A low
pressure trough will move SE across the area Thu and Thu night.
