HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...WEAK HIGH PRES OVER THE CENTRAL
PORTION WILL PERSIST THROUGH TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH
THE NRN AND CENTRAL WATERS LATER TODAY...AND THEN DISSIPATE AS IT
CROSSES THE WATERS TONIGHT INTO EARLY FRI. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL
CROSS THE NRN WATERS DURING THE DAY FRI INTO EARLY FRI NIGHT.
HIGH PRES WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W FRI THROUGH SAT NIGHT AS A LOW
PRES TROUGH DEVELOPS ALONG THE CENTRAL AND SRN CALIFORNIA COAST.
THE HIGH AND COASTAL TROUGH WILL BOTH PERSIST SUN INTO MON NIGHT
