HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL PERSIST
W OF THE WATERS TONIGHT...THEN WEAKEN SAT AND SAT NIGHT. A LOW
PRES TROUGH NEAR THE NRN AND CENTRAL COASTS WILL SLOWLY WEAKEN
TONIGHT THROUGH SAT NIGHT. AN AREA OF LOW PRES WILL APPROACH THE
WATERS SAT NIGHT...THEN MOVE E OVER THE NRN WATERS SUN AND SUN
NIGHT WHILE WEAKENING. A HIGH PRESS RIDGE WILL REBUILD OVER THE
WATERS MON AND MON NIGHT. THE LOW PRES TROUGH NEAR THE COAST WILL
STRENGTHEN AGAIN TUE AND TUE NIGHT...THEN PERSIST WED AND WED
