DEEP SOUTH TEXAS...

.RELATIVE HUMIDITY TO PLUMMENT AND COMBINE WITH MODERATELY GUSTY
NORTHWEST WINDS ELEVATING THE FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS LATE THIS
MORNING AND AFTERNOON. VERY LOW DEW POINTS ARE BEGINNING TO MOVE
INTO SOUTH TEXAS AS A COLD FRONT TRACKS SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE
REGION. WINDS WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL MID TO LATE MORNING WITH THE
MOST ELEVATED CONDITIONS EXPECTED BETWEEN NOON AND 3 PM.

WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 5 PM CST
THIS AFTERNOON. THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONES 248...249...250...251...
  252...253...254...255...256 AND 257.

* WIND...20 FOOT WINDS NORTHWEST 15 TO 20 MPH FEW GUSTS TO 25 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...10 TO 18 PERCENT WEST AND 18-30 PERCENT COASTAL
  COUNTIES.

* HIGHEST THREAT...ALONG AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 69E WHERE THE
  STRONGEST WINDS WILL EXIST.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY WITH
  ERRATIC FIRE BEHAVIOR DURING THE HIGHEST WIND PERIOD BETWEEN
  NOON AND 3 PM. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

RANGING FROM BELOW 25 PERCENT IN ZAPATA COUNTY TO BELOW 45 PERCENT
ALONG THE COAST...EACH LASTING FOR 2 HOURS OR MORE... AND CURED
FUELS. HUMIDITY BELOW 25 PERCENT IN MOST AREAS WILL TRIGGER FIRE
