...FIRE WEATHER WATCH THURSDAY FOR WARM...DRY AND WINDY
CONDITIONS FOR AREAS ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF A PRESIDIO TO WINK TO
LAMESA LINE...

.Well above normal temperatures along with windy and dry
conditions across the Guadalupe Mountains will result in critical
fire weather conditions and a Fire Weather Watch is in effect for
this location. Thursday, the passage of an upper level storm
system to the north will result in gusty west winds across
Southeast New Mexico and much of West Texas. Afternoon relative
humidity will drop to near 10 percent and a Fire Weather Watch is
in effect for Southeast New Mexico, northwest Permian Basin and
southwest through the Upper Trans Pecos and Davis Mountains
Thursday afternoon.
