EVENING FOR WINDY CONDITIONS... WARM TEMPERATURES AND LOW
RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE WESTERN HALF OF OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN
NORTH TEXAS...

* TIMING...THROUGH AROUND 7 PM.

* WIND...SOUTHWEST TO WEST AT 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 35 TO 50
  MPH. A WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST WILL OCCUR ACROSS
  NORTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA BEFORE 7 PM WITH THE PASSAGE OF A
  COLD FRONT.

* HUMIDITY...15 TO 22 PERCENT.

* TEMPERATURE...MAINLY IN THE 60S AND 70S.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
