.WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN TODAY IN THE EASTERN COLUMBIA RIVER
GORGE...CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL OREGON...AND PORTIONS OF THE
LOWER COLUMBIA BASIN. WINDS WILL NOT BE AS GUSTY AS FRIDAY...BUT
WINDS IN THE 10 TO 20 MPH RANGE MAY CAUSE RAPID FIRE SPREAD. IN
THE HANFORD DISTRICT AND THE YAKIMA VALLEY...WINDS TONIGHT WILL
SHIFT TO THE NORTH TO 10 TO 20 MPH...AND GUSTS TO 30 TO 35 MPH
