Sites expected to be near or above flood stage: A rain event will be affecting panhandle Wednesday evening through Friday.  Highest precip amounts are expected on Thursday.  The Taiya River is expected to exceed moderate flood stage on Thursday.  Numerous rises on rivers throughout the pandhandle.
