Western Pennsylvania. Across Northwest Pennsylvania, basin
average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.50 to nearly 1.00
inches.

Rises are expected along the Monongahela, Cheat and Youghiogheny
rivers over the next 48 hours in response to the heavy rainfall
forecast. No river flooding is forecast or expected.
