DRY AND VERY COLD WEATHER THIS MORNING ASSOCIATED WITH DEPARTING
HIGH PRESSURE WILL GIVE WAY TO INCREASING CHANCES FOR SNOW LATER
THIS AFTERNOON INTO SUNDAY...AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WORKS
ACROSS THE AREA. THE SNOW WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY INCREASINGLY GUSTY
SOUTHERLY WINDS TONIGHT. SEVERAL INCHES OF ACCUMULATION ARE
POSSIBLE...WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS EXPECTED OVER SOUTHEASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA INTO WEST-CENTRAL MINNESOTA.

HIGHS TODAY WILL BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS TO LOW TEENS...WITH MILDER
LOWS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS TO LOW TEENS TONIGHT. HIGHS ON SUNDAY WILL
RANGE FROM THE TEENS EAST OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY...TO THE UPPER 20S
WEST OF THE VALLEY.
