Skies early Saturday morning were clear to partly cloudy. Low
temperatures Saturday morning were cool in places, as readings
bottomed out in the 40s in most locations, with a few upper 30s in
normally cooler rural and valley spots.

Skies were mostly sunny across the area this afternoon as
temperatures rebounded nicely into the upper 60s to mid 70s. It will
be mostly clear tonight with lows Sunday morning again ranging
through the 40s, with coolest readings around 40 in valleys. Winds
will be light or calm.

For Easter Sunday, expect a spectacular weather day with a mostly
sunny sky and warm afternoon temperatures peaking from the mid 70s
to near 80 with a light wind.`

The next chance of rain showers over central Kentucky and southern
Indiana will be Monday night as a surface front approaches the area.
