Skies were mostly clear overnight with a few areas of fog and
reports of frost. Low temperatures ranged from 32 degrees at
Frankfort to 38 degrees at Louisville International Airport.

This afternoon under sunny skies temperatures were in the mid to
upper 50s.

High pressure will continue to move east of the Commonwealth as a
cold front approaches from the northwest. This front will pass
through our region during the afternoon on Friday. Tonight under
mostly cloudy skies low temperatures will fall back into the mid
40s. On Friday expect mostly cloudy skies with scattered showers.
High temperatures will only reach to around 50. Friday night cloudy
skies will continue with a chance of showers and a slight chance of
snow flurries or snow showers after midnight. Low temperatures will
fall back to the lower 30s. A freeze watch has been issued from late
Friday night through Saturday morning and again from Saturday night
through Sunday morning.
