AT 1046 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 9
MILES SOUTHWEST OF HOMEDALE...OR 17 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PARMA...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

WINDS AROUND OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. BLOWING
DUST IS POSSIBLE AS WELL. HIGHWAY 20 26 BETWEEN PARMA AND CALDWELL
AS WELL AS HIGHWAY 95 FROM NEAR PARMA SOUTH TO JORDAN VALLEY MAY BE
AFFECTED BY THIS STORM. STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF GUSTY WINDS TO
AROUND 40 MPH AND LOCALLY BRIEF HEAVY RAIN UP TO ONE QUARTER INCH
PER HOUR...AS WELL AS FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
