AT 1221 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPING NEAR AND OVER LAKES MOULTRIE AND MARION. THE STORMS WERE
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN FAVORABLE FOR
ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP THROUGH THE EARLY
AFTERNOON.

GUSTY WINDS AND CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING IS LIKELY. MARINERS
ARE URGED TO SEEK SAFE HARBOR OR REMAIN IN PORT.
