...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL POSSIBLE AT TIMES TONIGHT...

Precipitation from earlier today was producing some slick spots
on area roads this evening despite air temperatures a few degrees
above freezing. Later tonight, drizzle and freezing drizzle will
be on the increase towards daybreak into Saturday morning. Also,
the fog is expected to continue overnight and could become locally
dense at times. The additional precipitation and locally dense
fog could create some slick spots on untreated roads, bridges and
sidewalks until mid morning on Saturday. The risk of icing should
diminish by mid morning on Saturday as road temperatures climb
several degrees above freezing.

If you have travel plans tonight into early Saturday morning,
slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination. If you
encounter dense fog, use your low beam headlights. For the latest
road report, dial 511.
