AT 601 PM PST...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING MULTIPLE THUNDERSTORMS
OVER WESTERN CENTRAL KERN COUNTY...AN AREA WEST OF
BAKERSFIELD...STORM MOTIONS ARE SLOW MOVING AT LESS THAN 10 MILES
PER HOUR...AVERAGE STORM MOTION IS EASTERLY.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM...ALONG
WITH PEA SIZED HAIL...HEAVY DOWNPOURS...AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING. WITHIN THE HEAVY DOWNPOURS SOME ROAD PONDING OR
RUNOFF FLOWS MAY OCCUR.
