WINDS TO 40 MPH...
VERY HEAVY RAIN...

SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...SIDNEY...RUSSELLS POINT
AND BELLEFONTAINE.

UNIOPOLIS...ST. JOHNS...RUSSIA...ANNA...NEWPORT AND MONTRA ARE NEAR
THE PATH OF THIS LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS.

WATER WILL POND ON ROADS AND MAY QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND
SMALL STREAMS.
