...Locally Dense Fog and Patchy Frost This Morning..

Fog has developed overnight, and some of it has become locally
dense, with visibility reduced to one-quarter mile or less in a
few spots. The dense fog will be most likely near rivers, streams,
larger creeks, and lakes. Look for the fog to lift and dissipate
through around 10 AM EDT.

Where fog does not form, patchy frost will be possible toward dawn
in a few sheltered areas and valley locations mainly in far
eastern Kentucky. However, most places will be spared frost
development. Temperatures will bottom out in the upper 30s in
most valleys, though a few colder readings in the middle 30s will
occur. Sensitive plants and vegetation may be harmed or killed
should frost form. Any frost will dissipate by 9 to 10 AM.
