...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...SOUTH
CENTRAL MONROE...CENTRAL ESCAMBIA AND SOUTHERN CONECUH COUNTIES UNTIL
415 PM CDT...

At 310 PM CDT, the strong thunderstorm was located over Castleberry,
or 22 miles east of Frisco City, moving southwest at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
East Brewton, Castleberry, Riverview, I65 And US 84 and I65 And AL
113.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
