WEST CENTRAL RITCHIE...NORTH CENTRAL WIRT AND WOOD COUNTIES...

At 712 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 9 miles northwest of Vienna to near
Washington to Tuppers Plains. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with these storms.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Coolville, Vienna, Williamstown,
Belmont, Washington, Mineralwells, Tuppers Plains, Lubeck, Boaz,
Newport, North Hills, Little Hocking, Schultz, Fleming, Davisville,
Willow Island and Belleville.
