.SYNOPSIS...There will be a moderate risk of rip currents on north
and east facing reefs as a well as a moderate risk of lightning
through tonight. For Wednesday the moderate risk of rip currents
will spread to south and west facing reefs also. The risk of rip
currents could then climb to high on Thursday as swell from
Tropical Storm Lan begins to arrive.

Coastal Winds.........Northwest at 5 to 15 mph for Guam and Rota
                      East at 5 to 15 mph for Tinian and Saipan.
Surf along North facing reefs............4 to 6 feet.
Surf along East  facing reefs............7 to 9 feet.
Surf along South facing reefs............2 to 4 feet.
Surf along West  facing reefs............2 to 4 feet.
Primary swell...............Northeast at 5 to 7 feet.
Primary period..............9 seconds.


Rip current risk.....Moderate. Wave conditions support stronger or
                     more frequent rip currents. Always have a
                     flotation device with you in the water.

.OUTLOOK...Surf will build 2 feet on south and west facing reefs
Wednesday.
