BAY COUNTY BEACHES...


.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

Southeasterly winds increasing to 10 to 15 mph with higher gusts
will result in a high risk of rip currents today along the Walton
and Bay County beaches. Dry conditions are expected with partly
cloudy skies.


Water Temperature:
64 degrees at Panama City Beach.
68 degrees at the FSU Coastal and Marine Lab near Apalachicola.

the current. Swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable
to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help. If tired, float
or tread water until out of the rip current. Always heed the advice
of the local beach patrol and consult the local beach flag system. If
in doubt, don`t go out.
