...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM CDT
FOR MITCHELL AND SOUTHEASTERN SCURRY COUNTIES...

At 912 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Colorado City
and is northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Public.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Snyder, Colorado City, China Grove, Valley View, Loraine, Westbrook,
Colorado City Airport, Hermleigh, Lake Colorado City, Lake Colorado
City State Park, Inadale, Champion Creek Reservoir, Cuthbert, Buford,
Dunn, Ira and Midway.

THIS INCLUDES Interstate 20 between mile markers 205 and 228.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
