URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Difficult Travel This Afternoon and Tonight...

.Snow will develop across southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa
around 3 PM and western into central Wisconsin around 6 PM. Roads
will quickly become snow covered and slippery. Snowfall rates will
be heavy at times this evening with 1 to 2 inches per hour
possible. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches are expected.
A light glaze of ice is possible.

Consider adjusting your travel plans around the storm as travel
will be difficult to hazardous at times.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 6 AM CST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Light freezing rain possible. Total snow
  accumulations of 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulations of a light
  glaze are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Iowa, southeast Minnesota into
  central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 AM CST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. In
  addition, some reductions to visibility are likely. Winds
  gusting as high as 35 mph will cause patchy blowing and drifting
  snow late tonight into Sunday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow and light freezing
rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. The
