...WINTER STORM WARNINGS AND WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES CANCELLED
FOR SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL IDAHO...

.THE STRONG FRONT THAT MOVED THROUGH THE AREA ON CHRISTMAS EVE HAS
MOVED WELL EAST OF THE AREA. STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
THIS AFTERNOON...AND A WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL IDAHO. HOWEVER...MOST OF THE SNOWFALL
HAS ENDED...SO THE WINTER WEATHER WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES ARE
BEING CANCELLED. SOME SNOW SHOWERS MAY LINGER THROUGH EARLY
AFTERNOON IN THE WESTERN MAGIC VALLEY...AND IN THE MOUNTAINS OF
SOUTHERN TWIN FALLS COUNTY...BUT LITTLE ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION

STORM WARNING.

A FEW LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY
AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY IN THE MOUNTAINS OF SOUTHERN TWIN FALLS
COUNTY...BUT LITTLE ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.
HOWEVER WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG THROUGH THE AFTERNOON...AND A
WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE AREA. ROADS MAY STILL BE
ICY FROM OVERNIGHT SNOWFALL AND BLOWING SNOW...SO DRIVERS SHOULD
REMAIN CAUTIOUS ON AREA ROADS.
