RIVER VALLEY WILL RIDE UP AND OVER THE VERY COLD AIR NEAR THE
SURFACE...LEADING TO A SEVERAL HOUR PERIOD OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN
ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS OF NORTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA DURING THE
MORNING AND MIDDAY HOURS OF SATURDAY.

* HAZARD TYPES...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN WILL DEVELOP NEAR A
  WARREN...KANE...TO CLEARFIELD LINE A FEW HOURS AFTER
  SUNRISE...THEN SPREAD NORTHEAST DURING THE LATE MORNING HOURS.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR TRAVELERS AND PEDESTRIANS FROM
  A LIGHT GLAZING OF ICE ON UNTREATED ROADS AND WALKWAYS.

* WINDS...LIGHT SOUTHWEST WIND IN THE MORNING...INCREASING TO 10
  TO 15 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* TEMPERATURES...STARTING OUT BETWEEN 5 AND 10 DEGREES ABOVE ZERO
