URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Duluth MN
343 AM CST Mon Feb 19 2018

...A WINTRY MIX WILL PERSIST THROUGH TUESDAY ACROSS THE
NORTHLAND...

.Another round of precipitation will move into the Northland
today, lasting through the day Tuesday. This next system should
bring a period of prolonged snow over most of the region, with a
wintry mix of snow, freezing drizzle, and freezing rain over portions
of northwest Wisconsin. The bulk of the precipitation should fall
starting this afternoon, lasting through Tuesday morning. Some
ice accumulations over portions of northwest Wisconsin are
expected from the freezing drizzle/freezing rain, with up to 0.2
inches of ice possible, mainly over Price county. Also, there
could be some lake enhanced snow along the South Shore of Lake
Superior as winds will hold steady from the northeast through
tonight, so some heavier snowfall amounts will be possible over
this area.
