URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.Accumulating snow and blowing snow will begin this evening and
continue through Sunday morning for portions of northeast Montana.

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Plan on difficult
  travel conditions. In addition, areas of poor visibility are
  expected. Snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Central and Southeast Phillips County.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST Sunday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will
  cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.

A Winter Storm Warning for snow and blowing snow means severe
winter weather conditions are occurring or expected soon. If you
