 * TOTAL SNOWFALL OF 10 TO 16 INCHES EXPECTED BY MONDAY MORNING.
   HIGHEST AMOUNTS WILL OCCUR FROM SOUTH HAVEN TO JACKSON.

 * NORTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT CREATING BLOWING AND
   DRIFTING CONDITIONS WHICH WILL WORSEN TONIGHT.
