* TIMING...A WINTRY MIX OF FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET IS EXPECTED
  THIS MORNING...WITH THIS ICY MIX TRANSITIONING TO SNOW THIS
  AFTERNOON. SNOW MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON...BEFORE IT
  BEGINS TO TAPER OFF THIS EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 4 TO 6 INCHES...ALONG
  WITH A LIGHT GLAZING OF ICE.

* WINDS...NORTH 5 TO 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* IMPACTS...THE ONSET OF THE WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL LIKELY
  RESULT IN A QUICK DETERIORATION OF TRAVEL CONDITIONS. HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL IS LIKELY TODAY AND THIS EVENING...WITH BRIDGES...
  OVERPASSES...AND UNTREATED ROADS QUICKLY BECOMING SLIPPERY.
  PARKING LOTS AND SIDEWALKS WILL QUICKLY BECOME SNOW AND ICE
  COVERED AS WELL.

WEATHER CONDITIONS...SUCH AS SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...SLEET...OR
FREEZING DRIZZLE AND RAIN. IT ONLY TAKES A SMALL AMOUNT OF WINTRY
PRECIPITATION TO MAKE ROADS...BRIDGES...SIDEWALKS...AND PARKING
LOTS ICY AND DANGEROUS. IT IS OFTEN DIFFICULT TO TELL WHEN ICE
BEGINS TO FORM...SO DO NOT BE CAUGHT OFF GUARD.
