SISKIYOU COUNTY...

.A STRONG STORM IS EXPECTED TO BRING HEAVY SNOW TO PORTIONS OF
SISKIYOU COUNTY LATE TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH
MODERATE SNOW IN THE CASCADES WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT. SNOW
LEVELS WILL BE HIGH INITIALLY... BUT HEAVIER PRECIPITATION RATES
WILL BRING SNOW LEVELS DOWN WITH ACCUMULATING SNOW EXPECTED LATE
TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED
ABOVE 4500 FEET... BUT STRONG SOUTHERLY UPSLOPE FLOW IN THE MOUNT
SHASTA REGION WILL PRODUCE MUCH LOWER SNOW LEVELS THERE...
INCLUDING NEAR MOUNT SHASTA CITY...MCCLOUD...AND DUNSMUIR. HEAVY
