  DIMINISHING TONIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...SINGLE DIGITS THIS MORNING WITH BELOW ZERO
  READINGS OVER THE HIGH ELEVATIONS...RECOVERING INTO THE LOWER
  TEENS IN THE LOWER ELEVATIONS AND LITTLE RECOVERY IN THE HIGH
  ELEVATIONS. TEMPERATURES DROPPING TO 0 TO 5 BELOW AND AS LOW AS
  10 BELOW IN THE HIGH ELEVATIONS.

* IMPACTS...FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF
  PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
