* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES.

* TIMING...WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...UNTREATED ROADS AND SIDEWALKS COULD BECOME SNOW AND
  ICE COVERED. SNOW COULD CAUSE DOWNED TREE LIMBS AND POWER
  OUTAGES.
