STORM WARNING FOR THE OLYMPICS. HEAVY SNOW HAS ENDED.

FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 4000 FEET...

* HAZARD TYPE...HEAVY SNOW.

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...MOUNT BAKER SKI AREA...PARADISE

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ANOTHER 1-2 INCHES OF NEW SNOW WILL FALL
  THIS EVENING ABOVE 4000 FEET BEFORE SHOWERS TAPER BY MIDNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...THIS IS THE FIRST EVENT OF THE SEASON THAT WILL BRING
  SNOW TO ELEVATIONS AS LOW AS 4000 FEET. THE CRITERIA FOR WINTER
  STORMS IN THE MOUNTAINS IS LOWER FOR THE FIRST EVENT OF THE
  SEASON...ONLY 4 INCHES. AT THIS TIME IT APPEARS THAT SNOQUALMIE
  AND STEVENS PASSES WILL REMAIN BELOW THE SNOW LEVEL THIS EVENING
  AND JUST GET RAIN.

BE PREPARED FOR WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS IF YOU ARE PLANNING A
