THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT AREAS IN AND AROUND MANCHESTER...BELGRADE...
AUGUSTA...SIDNEY...VASSALBORO...WINDSOR...SOMERVILLE...CHINA AND
PALERMO THROUGH 645 PM EDT.
