  WATERFORD...MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* THESE SQUALLS MAY DUMP A QUICK HALF INCH OF SNOW WITH WINDS
  GUSTING UP TO 30 MPH FOR A 5 TO 10 MINUTE PERIOD AS THEY MOVE
  THROUGH. VISIBILITIES MAY DROP TO LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE FOR A
