  AREAS...IN ARKANSAS...BENTON...CARROLL...CRAWFORD...FRANKLIN...
   MADISON...SEBASTIAN AND WASHINGTON. IN OKLAHOMA...ADAIR...
  CHEROKEE...CRAIG...DELAWARE...LE FLORE...NOWATA...OSAGE...
  OTTAWA...PAWNEE...SEQUOYAH AND WASHINGTON.

* THROUGH THIS EVENING

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS
  PARTS OF FAR EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS EARLY
  THIS MORNING. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS WILL LIKELY PERSIST ACROSS
  PARTS OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA INTO THE AFTERNOON.

* 1 TO 2 INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED THIS MORNING WITH
  LOCAL AMOUNTS OF 3 INCHES POSSIBLE. GIVEN THE RECENT HEAVY
  RAINFALL IN MANY AREAS...ANY ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION WILL
  LIKELY LEAD TO EXCESS RUNNOFF.

RAPIDLY RISING WATER OR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH
AREA.
