  AND OKLAHOMA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN NORTHWEST
  ARKANSAS...MADISON AND WASHINGTON. IN OKLAHOMA...ADAIR...
  CHEROKEE...MCINTOSH...MUSKOGEE AND OKMULGEE.

* THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
  POSSIBLE TONIGHT AS THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOP ALONG A SLOW MOVING COLD
  FRONT THIS EVENING AND PUSH OFF TO THE SOUTH AND EAST.
