SOUTHWESTERN CRAWFORD AND NORTHWESTERN SEBASTIAN COUNTIES...

AT 616 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLASH FLOODING OCCURRING IN VAN
BUREN WITH SEVERE STREET FLOODING ONGOING. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF
RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN AND AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 WILL BE POSSIBLE.
FLASH FLOODING WILL WORSEN AS RAINFALL RUNOFF INTENSIFIES.
