AT 1026 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE HEAVY RAIN
ACROSS BENTON AND CARROLL COUNTIES. 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
ALREADY FALLEN AND SEVERAL ROADS ARE IMPASSABLE DUE TO HIGH WATER.
